What is the difference between Free and Operate?
Free is permanently free but limited to 2 users and 3 process templates. Operate gives you unlimited users, templates and all execution features.
Can I cancel monthly?
Annual licences run for 12 months. Monthly billing is available but costs 20% more.
What happens after the pilot?
The pilot fee is fully credited toward your licence if you purchase one within 6 months of completion.
We have more than 20 users. Are there volume discounts?
Yes. From 20 users we put together custom offers with volume discounts, floating licences and dedicated SLAs. Just get in touch.
Is ERP integration included?
The technical connectivity is included in the Automate tier. The initial ERP integration (setup, mapping, testing) is offered separately as a project service.
